Our story
GoodJOB Corporation was created with the aim of offering companies and self-employed workers a platform where they can manage their subcontracting with complete freedom.
The founder started working on this project in the fall of 2018. Jean-Philip had worked as a chef for a long time and realized that placement agencies could not really properly serve their clients.
Inspired by Uber, AirBnB and Tinder, Jean-Philip then created, on over hundreds of papers, the image of a mobile application that could offer companies and self-employed workers a way to get in touch to confirm work contracts without having to go through a placement agency. A self-service plateform!
In January of 2020, Jean-Philip finally found a web firm with which he felt confident, Bulldozer, a company based in Quebec as well as in Tunisia.
The web firm gave GoodJOB an excellent service and despite the pandemic, the BETA version was launched on March 29 of 2021.
During the summer of 2021, Prunelle arrived at GoodJOB. She supports users in the application and takes care of accounting.
In October of 2021, Matthieu and Sabeur became partners and both bring the necessary expertise to GoodJOB.
GoodJOB has many projects for 2022 to help as many fields as possible find their subcontractors. Expansion is planned in several regions of Quebec and even across Canada.

With GoodJOB's speed in finding candidates and having an option to easily fill shifts canceled by workers at the last minute, our numbers are starting to speak for themselves.
Shifts We will soon have reached 25 000 shifts created in the application since its launch in April of 2021.
Requests fulfilled Companies can easily find candidates to meet their needs.
